Is bookmyrooms compatible with all computers? Yes, as this is a web based system all PC’s that can access the internet have access and compatibility. How much does bookmyrooms cost? It is free to sign-up. There is 7 days free trial period and you can use all the features. After that period you can continue using the booking engine with some of its features disabled. For £25 a month you can have full access to all features, that’s less than 1 booking a month for your total online solution. Can I access my own admin booking manager from outside my hotel? Yes you can access the booking manager administration panel from any computer with an internet connection. Does the bookmyrooms system connect to any agencies or other accommodation sites? NO. We aim to offer a 0% commission system whereby you take the full sale of the order. Does bookmyrooms work in different other currencies? We are currently updating our system to offer multiple currencies..Ie pounds, dollars, Euros and others. How easy/difficult is it to include bookmyrooms in my website? The booking form is a simple link that you can have as a page on its own or can be embedded within another page using an iframe. We will also supply you or your web designer with some simple HTML code that will allow you to include a small check availability form on your website, ideally on the first (index) page, where it will be most effective. Can I access the system from more than one PC? Yes as long as you have the username and password correct. Can we change our tariff prices many times during the year? Yes, you can store of different prices which can be programmed to any periods throughout the year. Contact us for full details to change your settings. Do you offer training? Using bookmyrooms is easy; the admin section is in 5 sections which lead you to the main requirements of your booking system. We appreciate that not every user is completely up to date with how to use the web so we have made our system very easy to use. We are here to help and just a phone call or email away. Do I need to buy a PC to run bookmyrooms? No, you can access your personal bookmyrooms portal from anywhere in the world. Using your username and password you can login via the web to update. Can I change my password to control access to the portal? Yes, you can change your login details as often as you wish Can I have one person paying for more than one room? Yes Can I put extras on the bill? Yes. You can either add them from the admin section. How much commission do you charge? None. Am I stuck in a contract with bookmyrooms? No, we have an open policy here whereby you pay on a monthly basis for your system. All payments are requested by the 25th of every month. You can make these payments via the following services.
