The hosting services, and the Services fees specified herein, do not include any deployment, training or other consulting or professional services which, if applicable, will be specified in a statement of work.

Any other services related to the Software or the Services, such as customizations or program modifications and additions, shall be pursuant to separate written agreement, but otherwise on the terms of this Terms and Conditions.

YOURS RESPONSIBILITY

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
You agree to pay the fees and other charges for the Services. All the prices are stated on the Website and payable in GBP. You agree to pay for the Services monthly payment payable on or before the 25th day of each month. On or about the first day of every month, you will be invoiced for monthly payment for services according to our current price list. We reserve the right to adjust the monthly fee payable for the Services.

In the event of downtime (as defined bellow), as your sole and exclusive remedy and our sole exclusive liability, we will credit your account with additional days of Service for each hour of downtime. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “downtime” shall mean any interruption in the availability of Services (excluding scheduled interruptions of which you have been notified in advanced), only if such interruption is due either to: an error in the Software failure of our system (but not including problems associated with Internet connectivity). Downtime begins upon your notification of the interruption, and continues until the availability of the Services is restored.

In the event of breach (other than downtime) of the warranty set forth above, your sole and exclusive remedy, and our sole and exclusive liability shall be repair of the Software and Services and restore your data and information to the back up point.
